CIS 2279 - Introduction to Perl Programming


This course is an introduction to the Perl programming language with a focus on data manipulation. Topics will include data structures, basic input and output, Perl modules, overall program design and coding practices.

Prerequisites & Notes
The prerequisite is permission with demonstrated knowledge of a computer programming language. This course is offered every even-numbered fall. There is a course fee.
